Owls are birds that belong to the order Strigiformes, they are divided in two families: Tytonidae (also known as Barn Owls) and Strigidae (also known as Typical or True Owls). Each family is in turn divided by genus, and genus is divided in species. Here are shown images of most of these species ordered according to such divisions.
